OziExplorer: GPS Mapping Software (Full Edition)

OziExplorer is interactive, it allows you to work, on your computer screen, with digital maps that you have purchased or scanned yourself. By using these maps OziExplorer allows you to plan your trip by creating waypoints, routes and tracks on screen and upload these to your GPS. With OziExplorer running and your laptop connected to your GPS, your GPS position is plotted on the map providing real time tracking ability (moving map).

Ozi Explorer will work with data supplied from the most populars brands of GPS including Garmin, Magellan, Silva, Lowrance, Eagle, MLR and DConnex.

Plan your trips in advance and upload waypoints and routes to your GPS. Add notes and features to the maps on your computer.
When a laptop is connected to a GPS, Ozi Explorer can be used to show an on-screen display of your position. Use a previously calculated route or update your journeys progress in real time.
Utilise with maps you have prepared yourself or with professional map data on CD such as NATMAP Raster Mosaic and Fullers Adelaide and SA Country Towns.

Although TopomapSA comes with Ozi Explorer Lite for map viewing the full version offers a far greater range of features. GPS connectivity is only available with the full edition of Ozi Explorer.
